Commercial Sales & Installations

For over 35 years R&S has been manufacturing steel rolling doors. An array models including weather stripped, insulated, aluminum and stainless steel are offered. Many options are available including perforated slats, vision lights, grille sections, in-curtain pass doors, high cycle performance or increased wind resistant construction.

All R&S doors are designed to withstand up to 80 mph winds and can be upgraded for more severe weather conditions. Curtains can be ordered in standard grey or in tan with contrasting black guides and foot piece. A galvanized steel finish is also offered providing the look and protection of stainless steel without the cost.

SERVICE DOORS

Standard Duty Service Doors

The R&S Standard Duty door is an economical yet reliable product providing many years of maintenance free performance. Many options are offered including perforated slat, in-curtain pass doors, grille sections and vision lites.

Heavy Duty Service Doors

The R&S Heavy Duty Service door provides greater security and durability. This model can withstand harsh environmental punishment and offers more options including increased wind load capacity and high-cycle construction.

Weather Stripped Service Doors

When applications require extra protection against rain, dust and wind R&S takes its flat slat Heavy Duty Service Door and adds vinyl weather stripping to the foot piece, guides and hood creating the “Climate Guard” service door model. Designed for sizes up to 30' wide and 30' high these doors are constructed to weather the storm and provide years of worry free service.

Insulated Service Doors

Rain, dust, wind and extreme temperatures are not a problem for the “Thermal Guard”. R&S goes a step further and adds laid-in-place polyurethane insulation in the curtain with a secure back slat creating an effective barrier against the elements. Designed for sizes up to 30' wide and 28' high with a 22 gauge exterior slat and a 24 gauge back slat these doors are constructed to withstand the elements.


COUNTER DOORS

Steel & Stainless Steel

R&S Steel and Stainless Steel Doors combine strength and durability with compact design and neat appearance. Although primarily utilized as a closure on counter openings, these doors may also be used on openings large enough to provide walk-thru or drive-thru access. Counter doors can be modified in construction to meet stainless steel service door requirements up to 16 feet wide, 10 feet high at a maximum of 144 square feet.

Aluminum

R&S Aluminum Counter Doors offer compact design and attractive appearance. Anodized extruded aluminum components combine a light weight, smooth, bright finish and excellent corrosion resistance for a variety of applications. Counter door construction can be modified to provide anodized aluminum service doors up to 12 feet wide, 10 feet high and a maximum of 100 square feet.


FIRE RATED DOORS

Fire Doors

R&S Fire Doors reliably and automatically shut in case of fire or alam activation saving occupants and property. Rated doors are commonly used in warehouses, hospitals, schools and anywhere there is a need for an opening in a fire rated wall. Visible and audible warnings mechanisms, vision lites and Viscous Speed Governors are just some of the options available.

Counter Fire Doors

R&S Counter Fire Doors integrate the automatic fire protection system of a rolling fire door with the compact design and neat appearance of a counter door. These rated counter doors are available in primed steel or stainless steel and with most of the same options as fire doors. Warnock Hersey 1 1/2-Hour Label or Oversize Certificate is furnished standard.


SECURITY GRILLE DOORS

Standard Duty

Standard straight link patterns are used for grilles in standard applications such as shopping malls and storefronts. The all aluminum curtain is formed of horizontal rows of 5/16" aluminum rods spaced 1 1/2" apart to be connected by vertical 3/4" aluminum links spaced 9" apart.

Heavy Duty

Heavy straight link patterns are used for grilles in high usage applications such as parking garages. The curtain is formed of horizontal rows of 5/16" aluminum rods alternating with 1/4" galvanized steel rods covered with a 5/16" aluminum tube sleeve. Rods are spaced 1 1/2" apart and connected by vertical 3/4" aluminum links spaced 9" apart. A brick pattern is available.
